Top Đir is a Croatian platform for publishing listings and connecting people heading the same or a similar way. This is the official website, topdir.hr, and you can browse listings in the Top Đir app at app.topdir.hr.

The platform is operated by Top Đir j.d.o.o., Zagreb. Top Đir does not organise transport; users agree on the terms and any compensation themselves. Meet the people and the idea behind Top Đir.

Yes. Listings are free for at least 45 days after the public launch. If payments are not ready then, listings remain free until payments are enabled. A preview of future prices is available in advance. Free listings will not be charged for later; there is no subscription or automatic renewal.

Top Đir is for publishing listings and connecting users heading the same or a similar way. Users arrange the details of their shared journey themselves.

Sharing transport and travel costs on the platform means only a reasonable contribution to the actual, direct costs of one shared journey, without profit or other economic benefit. Top Đir rules permit only occasional, non-commercial agreements between private individuals.

Top Đir does not provide, organise, contract for or perform transport. It does not set contributions, collect payment for users' agreements or take commission on them. Read the non-commercial use rules.

Start is the base tier, at €4.50 per Đir. With 3–5 successful listings in one 30-day cycle, your base price is €3.50 in the next; with 6 or more, it is €2.50. Activity during the promotion can earn you a lower price in your first paid cycle — you do not need to start again at Start. The separate Top Điraš benefit reduces new purchase prices by another €0.50 while active. For a permanent €2.50 base price, earn OG-raš status with 100 completed agreements on which you receive a four- or five-star rating. There is no monthly membership fee.

No. The Top tier is earned with 6 successful listings of your own in 30 days and applies in the next cycle. Top Điraš is based on five-star ratings received after completed agreements: the first 50 earn a permanent badge, and every full block of 50 earns a new 180-day bonus period. Partial progress does not expire. The €0.50 benefit per new Đir lasts for the bonus period, not the lifetime of the badge. See the full rules. The third, separate benefit is OG-raš: 100 completed agreements with a received four- or five-star rating earn a permanent €2.50 base price.

You can buy multiple individual Đir at your current tier's price, but may hold at most 6 unspent purchased Đir at once. Available and reserved purchased Đir count, as does the quantity in a purchase in progress. If you have four such Đir and no purchase in progress, you can buy two more.

This is neither a monthly limit nor a limit on the number of purchases. Spending purchased Đir frees up space for new ones. Promotional and other free Đir do not count towards the limit of six.

Purchased Đir do not expire. A tier change sets the price of future purchases but does not change Đir already purchased: there is no additional charge or refund of the price difference. Promotional and other free Đir may have a clearly stated expiry date provided in advance.

No. A purchase adds a Đir to your available balance. Posting a listing reserves one available Đir but does not establish an agreement. The first accepted offer establishes an agreement and spends that Đir. Only an agreement marked as completed earns the author an activity point, at most one per listing. Neither posting nor accepting an offer alone earns a point.

If you close a listing, or it expires without an accepted offer, the Đir returns to your available balance, including when no offers were received. After acceptance, a later cancellation or no-show does not return the spent Đir. While you have an available Đir, you use it for a new listing before buying another.

No. Posting alone is not enough either. Your listing counts towards progress only when at least one agreement on it is marked completed. An accepted offer without completion, a cancelled agreement or an unfinished agreement earns no point. A listing earns at most one point, even if it has multiple completed agreements.

Regular activity tiers apply to the following 30-day cycle and may change. OG-raš is the exception: 100 completed agreements with valid received four- or five-star ratings earn a permanent €2.50 base price per Đir, without a monthly activity requirement. With an active Top Điraš bonus, the price is €2.00; it returns to €2.50 when the bonus ends. These benefits apply to new purchases and do not change Đir already purchased.

Listings remain free, but successful listings during the promotion count under the same rules. The tier earned in the last promotional 30-day cycle carries into the first paid cycle. Free listings will not be charged for later, and displaying a future price is not a charge.

Contact podrska@topdir.hr with the listing reference, agreed time and a brief description of the problem. Do not send passwords or copies of identity documents. Top Đir does not guarantee fulfilment, but your report allows us to review the issue and user conduct.

You can open a case about a specific agreement through My agreements up to 7 days after its scheduled time, completion or cancellation, depending on its status. This deadline does not limit written complaints or email support. If you cannot access your account or do not have the reference, write to us anyway. You can ask for an incorrect decision to be reconsidered; new evidence is not automatically required, and a different outcome is not guaranteed.

If a listing ends without any accepted offer or counteroffer, the reserved Đir automatically returns to your balance. The first accepted offer permanently spends it, so a later cancellation or no-show does not return it. You can still report the issue to support for a separate review of a possible voluntary replacement Đir. Returning a Đir to your balance is not a monetary refund and does not limit statutory rights relating to an unauthorised, duplicate or technically incorrect purchase.

Messages open after an offer or counteroffer is accepted. For an exact or latest time, you can send messages until 2 hours after that time. For ‘Any time on this date’, the deadline is 04:00 the following morning in the Europe/Zagreb time zone. Completing or cancelling an agreement immediately closes regular messaging. Conversation history remains available; archiving only changes where a conversation is shown and does not extend the deadline.

After an agreement is accepted, you may voluntarily share your contact details in private Messages, at your own risk. We recommend keeping communication in the app. Contact details remain prohibited in public listings, profiles, offers and counteroffers. Never send passwords, one-time codes or card details.

For a lost or found item, you can request reopening the same conversation once, no later than 7 days after the agreement's scheduled time or the end of its date. The other person has 24 hours to respond. Acceptance opens the conversation for 48 hours, for both people, with no limit on the number of messages. A declined, unanswered or used request cannot be repeated. A cancelled agreement or an active block prevents reopening.

Either party can cancel before the scheduled time. More than 60 minutes beforehand is a regular cancellation; within the last 60 minutes it is recorded as late, without automatically assigning fault. Cancellation is unavailable after the scheduled time. For an agreement without an exact time, the cutoff is the end of the stated day in the Europe/Zagreb time zone. Support remains available after that deadline.

No. Registration, sign-in and browsing are available without identity verification. A verified identity is required to post any listing type or send an offer or counteroffer; both parties are checked at acceptance. Start verification in the “Identity verification” section on your profile, below your details. An account, Top Điraš badge or OG-raš status is not proof of verification or a guarantee of behaviour. While verification is pending or rejected, you can browse listings and contact support.

Payments are currently disabled in the web app. Purchases of Đir through Google Play and the App Store are planned for future mobile apps, after publication and payment activation. Before paying, you will see the number of Đir, unit price, final total price and currency. There is no separate card payment on the web.

No. Top Đir is a platform for publishing listings and connecting users. Users agree on the start, destination, terms and any compensation between themselves.

Describe the item, size and weight in the listing. Agree on the exact handover in messages after acceptance. Top Đir is not a courier service and does not collect, track or insure items. Drugs, weapons, explosives, stolen and dangerous items are prohibited.

Open app.topdir.hr in your browser and follow the instructions for adding it to your home screen. The first release is a web app on both systems, with no separate APK download.

We plan to keep the same Top Đir account. We will notify users in advance about mobile app availability and any transition. No transition date has been set; you can continue using the web app normally.

Submit a request in the app or write to info@topdir.hr if you cannot access it. A request starts a review and controlled process; it is not the same as instantly deleting every record. Read the deletion and retention rules.
