1. The role of Top Đir
Top Đir is a digital listings and communication platform. It does not perform or organise transport of people or items, operate vehicles, employ users, or determine the start, destination, time, compensation or other terms of users' agreements.
A listing, search result, recommendation or technical connection does not mean that Top Đir endorses a particular user or guarantees a successful and safe outcome.
2. Agreements are between users
Users decide for themselves whether to make contact, send or accept an offer, and fulfil an agreement. They must check all facts they consider important, including identity, required permits, vehicle, insurance, start, destination, item contents, legality of the agreement and suitability of the collection or handover location.
Top Đir is not a party to that agreement and does not assume the operational obligations of any person involved, insurance intermediary or payment provider.
3. Identity verification is not a guarantee
An identity verification badge means only that a particular check was completed under the process and available data at that time. It does not confirm expertise, driving ability, vehicle ownership, insurance, absence of a criminal record, intent or future conduct.
Users must still exercise their own judgement, protect personal data and report suspicious behaviour.
Top Điraš and OG-raš badges and ratings are separate indicators of community reputation. They do not verify identity, permits or professional qualifications, or guarantee a safe outcome. Marking an agreement completed is a technical status in the app, not independent confirmation by Top Đir that it was actually fulfilled.
4. Agreements involving people and items
Before setting off, users should agree on the location, time, any costs, number of people, luggage and special needs. For items, check the contents, packaging, permissibility, value, dimensions and handling; exact handover details are agreed in messages after an offer is accepted.
Top Đir does not guarantee the condition of vehicles or items, estimated duration, participants' conduct, attendance, handover or compensation between users. Contact emergency services directly in an emergency; Top Đir support does not replace them.
5. Legal, tax and insurance obligations
Each user is responsible for establishing whether they may participate in a particular agreement and whether a permit, registration, invoice, tax treatment, insurance or other authorisation is required. Top Đir does not provide legal, tax, transport or insurance advice.
6. User content and communication
We cannot check every listing, message or claim in advance. Users must not assume content is accurate simply because it is available on Top Đir. We may review reports, remove content or restrict an account, but this does not create a general obligation of continuous monitoring.
7. External services and payments
Top Đir may use external providers for identity verification, hosting, storage, notifications and app-store purchases. Their availability, security policies and terms may affect individual features.
Purchases are currently disabled. Future Đir purchases are planned through Google Play or Apple's App Store, depending on the app release and payment availability. Using their built-in payment systems does not mean Top Đir receives or stores full card numbers or CVV codes. The website does not process card purchases of Đir, and the published company IBAN is not a channel for buying them.
8. Availability and technical risks
The website and app may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, networks, external providers or security incidents. We take reasonable measures but cannot guarantee that the service will always be free of errors, interruptions or harmful attempts by third parties.
9. Limits of this disclaimer
This document does not exclude or limit Top Đir's liability for intent, gross negligence, breaches of mandatory consumer rights or personal data protection, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
It applies together with the Terms of use, Privacy policy and Community rules. In the event of a conflict, mandatory law prevails.
