Community rules

1. Real identity, real arrangements

Verify your own identity before publishing listings or sending offers and counteroffers. Do not use someone else's account or verification. Fabricated arrangements, fake ratings, self-rating through another account and coordinated artificial reward farming are prohibited. Genuine repeated arrangements are not abuse by themselves. OG-raš and Top Điraš do not exempt anyone from the rules; concerns are reviewed and users may request a review of a decision.

2. No commercial activity or profit

Top Đir may be used only for occasional, non-commercial arrangements and reasonable sharing of the actual and direct costs of one shared trip, without profit or any other economic benefit.

Selling tickets or places, professionally or repeatedly offering transport, commercially carrying items, or advertising taxi, courier, delivery, postal, logistics or similar services is not allowed.

3. Respectful communication

Users must communicate politely, without insults, threats, harassment, discrimination, pressure or attempts to intimidate other users.

Content that humiliates others, promotes hatred or violence, or intentionally creates conflict is not allowed.

4. Truthful listings and no misleading conduct

Listings, profiles, messages and offers must be truthful, understandable and must not mislead other users.

Do not publish contact details in public listings, profiles, offers or counteroffers. After an arrangement is accepted, you may voluntarily share your own contact details in private Inbox messages at your own risk; we recommend keeping communication in the app.

False identity, impersonation, hiding important information, manipulating an arrangement or publishing a listing that does not reflect the user's real intent is not allowed.

5. Arrangement safety

Users arrange the direction, time, place, items, possible compensation and other details directly with each other. Top Đir does not organize the arrangement and does not confirm that it happened.

The number of available spots in a listing is informational and provided by the listing author. Top Đir does not guarantee spot availability, organize arrangements or sell tickets. Users agree the details directly with each other.

The platform must not be used for dangerous, illegal, prohibited or deceptive activity, including fraud, extortion, false reports or attempts to bypass safety rules.

6. Prohibited content and items

Users may not offer, seek, send or arrange items, services or content that are illegal, dangerous, violent, sexually exploitative, counterfeit or otherwise unsuitable for the platform.

Drugs and narcotics, including slang names, weapons, ammunition and explosives, stolen or counterfeit items, dangerous, toxic and radioactive materials, and anything else prohibited by law are specifically forbidden.

The system may automatically reject obvious prohibited terms and attempts to disguise them. This does not replace user responsibility: listing and arrangement content must be lawful and safe, and suspicious content should be reported.

7. Reviews, reports and misuse

A rating concerns the user and how that user respected the specific arrangement and Community Rules, not a ride, transport service, driver, passenger or delivery. A cancelled arrangement cannot be rated.

Ratings, reports and messages must be made in good faith. Manipulating ratings, threatening other users with ratings, sending false reports or misusing support is not allowed.

Creating false arrangements or accounts, marking arrangements completed without a real basis, artificially earning a pricing tier, accumulating returns or otherwise bypassing the Đir rules and balance limit is not allowed.

Top Đir may review reports and take proportionate safety measures when there is a suspected rule violation.

8. Consequences of violations

Violating the Community rules may result in a warning, limits on certain features, temporary suspension, permanent removal from the community and inability to use the platform.

The measure depends on the severity of the violation, risk to other users, repeated behavior and available evidence.
